Financial Reporting Solutions Pty Ltd was formed in September 2000 as "Simple Results Pty Ltd".  The name was changed in December 2003 to the current name, to reflect my focus on getting the financial reports to work to for the business owner's benefit.  Still, the core company philosophy has remained unchanged.

Business Philosophy
I aim to take the mystery out of accounting; to empower business owners and accounting staff by sharing my knowledge and experience of accounting.  Accounting should be kept as simple as possible whenever possible.

Redundancy 
My aim is to make myself redundant.  So far, I've mostly achieved this goal.  New clients come to me with financial chaos.  I clean up the mess, train their accounts staff, explain the accounting reports and processes to the business owner, and eventually, I'm no longer needed by my clients.  We still keep in touch, but my job is to enable them to manage their accounts efficiently, which means having competent staff and sensible systems.  Why would you have an expensive consultant on long term?  A good consultant becomes redundant. 

Finding you staff
Often my clients need accounts staff.  If none of the accounts staff I know and trust are available when the need arises, I can help to source or screen someone to satisfy your staffing needs.
